A guided Shore Setting and Mental Fitness experience for young athletes ages 13–18 and their parents.Find Your Shore
10 Years. 10 Athletes. One Simple Idea.
10 years ago, the first Sail to Shore camp began with 10 young athletes and a simple idea: young athletes need more than training. They need direction, tools, mentorship, and support as they navigate sport and life.
Find Your Shore is the next evolution of that idea — a guided experience designed to help young athletes build direction, confidence, self-awareness, and support for the season ahead.
What Is Find Your Shore?Find Your Shore is a guided Shore Setting and Mental Fitness experience for young athletes ages 13–18. Over five days, athletes reflect on where they are now, what they want from the season, why it matters, what is in their control, how to prepare for challenges, and who can support them. This is not just about setting goals. It is about helping athletes build direction, confidence, and a clearer plan for navigating sport and life.
