Ronen Kagero Grosz brings together international sport, coaching, and sport psychology to help people meet demanding moments with greater clarity.

Why Sail to Shore
I know the distance between looking confident and actually feeling ready.
International water polo taught me what pressure feels like from inside the moment: the uncertainty, sacrifice, expectation, identity questions, and constant need to adapt.
My MSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology gave me a deeper understanding of how athletes think, prepare, recover, and grow. Coaching showed me that the most useful support is both evidence-informed and deeply human.
Sail to Shore is where those worlds meet. The goal is not to manufacture confidence or remove every difficult feeling. It is to help people understand themselves, build practical skills, and move forward with a course they can trust.
From the international arena
Representing Canada and Israel brought different teammates, cultures, and challenges. The thread connecting them: preparation, trust, and showing up for the people beside you.

Start with the person, their context, and what they are actually experiencing.
Turn insight into skills, language, and actions that can be used in real moments.
Help athletes and teams create a course that feels like theirs—not something imposed on them.
